Vintage Description

Higher than average rainfall during winter and early spring. Cool night-time vineyard temperatures developed stable flavours and tannins.  Harvesting was able to commence with low grape-sugar concentration. Sauvignon Blanc is fragrant, fresh with good acidity and textures. Exceptional vintage.
